The Forefront model

Three engines.
One accountable coach.

An endless feed offers ideas. Your progress needs decisions: what matters, what fits, and what to change.

01 / SCIENCE ENGINE

What should work?

Evidence and assessment define the work your goal requires.

02 / HUMAN ENGINE

What will work for you?

Fit the plan to your time, preferences, sport and support needs.

03 / MOMENTUM ENGINE

Is it working?

Compare progress with the plan. Investigate drift. Decide what needs to change.

One connected loop. Brendan’s judgment throughout.
Your feedback informs the next decision.

This is our coaching model. The software supporting all three engines is being developed; automated progress forecasting is not yet included.

What will this change?

A test should inform a decision. A tool should serve the plan. A session should move you toward an outcome. That is the standard we bring to your coaching.

“I need to
know why.”

That question has shaped my work. Understand the person. Find what matters. Keep testing the assumptions.

You bring the ambition—or the problem. I help you make sense of it and choose the next move.

The thinking behind Forefront

I have spent years asking why an approach works for one person and leaves another stuck. Learning from coaches and specialists. Connecting training, sport and the life around them.

The platform keeps the context. I bring the judgment—and another professional’s perspective when it would help.

Before you begin

Good questions.
Clear expectations.

What happens after I inquire?

Your inquiry is saved for Brendan to review. He follows up using the contact details you provide. Sending the form does not reserve an appointment, charge you or start a membership.

How much private coaching is included?

Your arrangement can combine private sessions, an individual program and support between visits. Discuss the level of personal attention you want with Brendan; session frequency and access are agreed before you begin.

How do independent training and coached times differ?

Open access is time to follow your own program. Scheduled supervised times let members train with a coach available; they are not private sessions. Bookable 15-minute coaching check-ins are for focused questions. Your membership and the current calendar determine access.

Can I keep training when my schedule changes?

The model connects private coaching with independent training or practice, so every visit does not need to be a private appointment. Available times, reservation rules and your membership still apply. Discuss travel or seasonal needs before choosing your arrangement.

I am already a client. Do I need to enroll again?

No. Connect your existing membership using your email or phone. Your existing pricing and membership are not changed by connecting your account.

How do I learn about coaching options and fees?

Start a conversation with Brendan about your goals and the support you want. Coaching options and fees are shared personally on request.
